  • Diversity is a Canadian reality
  • Inclusion is a choice every Canadian can make
  • Our collective future hinges on a spirit of Inclusive Diversity

Recognizing that the Canadian demographic is becoming increasingly diverse, we must begin to prepare for the future now. That means incorporating sound inclusive diversity practices in all areas of Canadian society, including teaching.  Without dedicated efforts beginning in elementary schools, significant future potential will be lost. We will share from both an academic and personal perspective, the valuable role teachers can play in ensuring the next generation of Canadians have equity of potential in a diverse and inclusive Canada.
